Warranty Issues

Warranty Issues We recently installed windows for a customer on the west side of Columbus. Shortly after I received an email from the customer saying that one of the panes was broken. I had her give me the code on the sash and we replaced it within days. There was nothing for the customer to sign, no fees, just good service. This was the first use of the warranty in over 5 years.
